Next, choose "Increase by Percentage" or "New Rent Amount" from the "Calculation Type" dropdown.

If "Increase by Percentage": Enter the percentage in the "Increase Percentage (%)" field. If "New Rent Amount": Enter the new rent amount in the "New Rent Amount ($)" field.
